ACCOUNT INFORMATION


I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT

If you would like to delete your account with us, please contact us at info@bohu.app. Your account will be deleted within 72 hours after all your deliveries have been made. We will notify you by email once the deletion process is complete. When your account is deleted, all data related to your account, including your customer information, orders and order history will also be deleted.


WHAT INFORMATION ARE YOU STORING ABOUT ME

At BOHU we only store the minimum personal information required to make the grocery delivery. This includes your name, address and location information.


DO YOUR STORE MY CARD DATA

Although our servers are fully Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant we do not store any credit card data on our servers.


CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE AND YOUR DUTY TO INFORM US OF CHANGES

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.



ORDERS


I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER

Occassionaly orders maybe delayed due to bad weather or circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us at info@bohu.app if your order did not arrive at the correct delivery time.


I RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive grocery that were damaged in transit, please contact us at info@bohu.app. We will replace the goods at no extra cost to you.


HOW DO I GET REFUNDS

If we are unable to deliver all the items on your order, we will refund the money back into your account immediately. Please contact us if you do not see the money arrive in your BOHU account.
